Bitchin' Babkas stemmed from the simple question: "What even is a babka?" Well, for those who may not know, it is a Polish Jewish sweet dough that is traditionally filled with chocolate or cinnamon. However, at Bitchin' Babkas the limit does not exist. Pumpkin Cheesecake, S'Mores, and Birthday Cake are just a few of the decadent twists on this swirled baked bread.
Founded by De'Asia Collins is a New York native with a great desire to bake things people will enjoy more. An at home baker by choice with an insatiable craving to bake something different.
